Dear Villanelle
I have a URGENT problem.
Bonney Boo has been an important part of my life for a long time. Her company helped me through a very difficult period. Soon after she arrived, Julie and I separated and Bonney kept me sane for a long while.
I have a new life now, with a new partner Gretel. Together we are turning our property into a working farm. She breeds pedigree Labradors. We currently have a litter of 10.
Bonney Boo has become an urgent problem. She kills chickens and I am worried about the safety of our puppies. She is extremely cunning and can slip through doors under my feet without me noticing. I have decided we can no longer keep her.
Bonney Boo has been a good companion to me, but she is not for everyone. She likes to play rough and her growl when playing is frightening. Most people don't want to know, after they hear that growl. She can bite if she is frightened so she is unstable for children and old people.
She is now permanently caged for the safety of my live stock. I have to get rid of her ASAP. If you can take her back, it would be wonderful, BUT I don't like my chances of finding a suitable owner in Castlemaine. Which only leaves me with the big kennel in the sky and I DON'T want to do that. I am really sorry it has come to this.
So, please let me know what you want to do. I hope you have put your life back together and have room in your life for Bonney once more.
yours truly
Philip
